The team provides advice to customers either online or by phone, and carries out on-site inspections for more complex projects. In many cases, our Area Managers are also involved. They are based throughout Germany, so there is always one close by.

Once the solution is defined, our team takes over
As soon as the optimal solution for your requirements has been identified, you can sit back and relax as our Front Office team coordinates your order internally from start to finish. Equipment and suitable accessories are selected, reserved for the project period, and delivery and collection are planned.

Our job is very varied. On the customer side, we work with company management, project engineering, event technology teams, and site managers. Internally, we coordinate with our field service, back office, transport and logistics, and our service team. Coordinating work is fun, especially for more complex projects. There is no ‘can’t do’ with us.

And a strong team on site
Our customers are usually impressed by the delivery and collection of our equipment. Our trained driver team operates trucks equipped with specially designed and patented load-securing systems, as well as cranes and winches that can load and unload large containerized generators completely autonomously. For more complex installations and SGT configurations, our Front Office also arranges for technical specialists to commission the system on-site and/or train a client’s employees in operating the machines. In the rare event of a disruption to the power supply, the team coordinates service technicians as well.
