The second Bredenoord generation
In the 1960s, Jan junior and Nico followed in their father’s footsteps. A growth period began in which Bredenoord built its own generators and bought its first truck. The company also started rental generators. In terms of the future, this proved to be a winner.

Reliability in all aspects
Bredenoord has since grown to include 250 employees, 2000 rental generators, three rental depots in Germany and Denmark, and a maintenance and repair service. We also have an extensive fleet of trucks so we can serve our clients as quickly as possible. As well as rental, Bredenoord sells new equipment, deals in power systems and develops biogas generators. In fact, by generating power from a Black Smidse oven, company founder Jan Bredenoord was at the birth of this innovative technology.

A family company with an international focus
Thanks to an extensive international network of partners, our innovative and reliable generators can be found all over the world. The focus here is on the European market. Despite it’s international character, Bredenoord remains at heart a warm, family company which the third Bredenoord generation is now a part of.
